As a facilitator, he is known for creating a space simultaneously for individual insight and group potential, increasing both individual performance and group or team alignment.<\/p>\n
In addition to having worked with organizations in a number of industries such as media, telecommunications, marketing, and manufacturing, he is an instructor in the Graduate Diploma in Leadership program at McGill University\u2019s School of Continuing Studies, and is a Program Leader for public and private customized seminars at the McGill Executive Institute.<\/p>\n
He is a graduate of the University of Oxford, and McGill University. He holds the CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification from Coaches Training Institute. He sits on the Conseil d’administration of Pleins Pouvoirs\/Kidpower, the Montr\u00e9al chapter of a global nonprofit leader in personal safety and violence prevention education.
