Relying on more than 25 years of experience in human resources development and in-depth skills in organizational development, Patrick supports leaders, management teams and managers to think out of the box  as well as out of their comfort zone in order to achieve results aligned with the strategic challenges of the organization. He adopts rigorous approaches to support organizations in the transformation of business processes, the mobilization of work teams as well as the management of performance  and change.

Passionate about mountain running, he has run marathons that have led him to push his limits.  The personal insights he gained through sport influence the management tools he shares with  leaders and managers to help them achieve success.

He also holds a bachelor’s degree in vocational training education and a master’s degree in management and development of organizations. Patrick is also a lecturer at HEC Montréal in Human Resources Management and Mobilization of work teams.
