Marie-Claude is a bilingual, certified executive coach and a facilitator of leadership development and coaching programs.  She collaborates with the leaders and teams of large global organizations to exploit their full potential, maximize their impact on the organization’s objectives and manage effectively in a constantly changing environment.

She is a dynamic and skillful facilitator, known for helping leaders derive meaning from concepts and find impactful application in their day-to-day interactions that lead to enhanced performance.

In coaching, her approach is based on the conviction that sustainable performance in an ever-changing organizational context requires stimulating perspectives and impactful actions in order to remove obstacles to collaboration and agility in leadership.

Drawing on her extensive international and business experience, Marie-Claude has held leadership positions in a global executive development organization and in the software industry in Silicon Valley.

She obtained an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and subsequently trained in coaching at the Coaches Training Institute (Co-Active Program) and the NeuroLeadership Institute (Brain-based coaching). Finally, she is certified in Conversational Intelligence (CIQ) and as a virtual trainer (InSync Training).
